Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments well as Cheques, Money/Postal Order and even PayPal Acceptance Mark

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. Please note we do not have any control over the exchange rated used in this type of transaction.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet ( however we would not recommend this method). Please note, however, that the first two methods are far less secure than utilizing our on-line encrypted service.

Shipping And Handling


For UK orders we offer the standard Royal Mail options of 2nd Class and 1st Class both standard and Signed For which we'd recommend for peace of mind. The Shipping charge is based upon weight and value and certain options might not be available depending on the content of your Shopping Basket.

The charge will be automatically added to your order when you complete Checkout and you'll be able to review the shipping options and charges before committing to the order.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 2 to 3 days depending on availability. International orders (depending on country) are generally received in under 1 to 2 weeks, though we cannot guarantee this as outside factors (i.e. the postal service) affect this shipping time.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, or we do not have the colour or size you would like, we will back order for you upon request. Please e-mail us at sales@redhaze.com.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
