Colour charts are included on the web site in the relevant places. Please note that although we aim to be as accurate as possible the colours shown in photographs of items in the catalogue may differ slightly from their true colours due to the process of photography and converting them to electronic images. If getting a very accurate colour match is important to you please e-mail us.

This charge will be automatically added to your order when you complete Checkout.

All orders are sent by the Royal Mail standard service, so please allow for 1 week for UK orders and upto 2 to 4 weeks for overseas orders.

Guaranteed Next Day delivery is available for UK delivery addresses only for additional cost of £4.00.


All prices on the catalogue do not include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.). U.K. and European Union customers will have V.A.T at 17.5% added to the order total but will not then pay any further tax at all.

Customers in the United States of America and the rest of the world will not have any tax added to their order but will pay import tax/duty on all goods. This tax/duty must be payed to the delivery courier on receipt of your goods.

Currency Exchange

If you pay by credit card your credit card company will automatically convert your payment into your local currency (e.g. U.S. dollars).

This page deals with general questions you may have about placing an order with Red Haze.

Did you receive my order

We always send a confirmation email upon receiving your order. If you don't here from us within 48 hours then please let us know (email).

I may have ordered twice (by mistake)

Each order is checked by ourselves so any mistakes are picked up and rectified before they're processed. If any errors do slip through then please contact us and we'll do our best to sort the problem out.

I wish to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel then please let us know (email) as soon as possible.

If the order is cancelled prior to shipping then we simply refund your money. Otherwise see our returns FAQ.

I wish to change my order details

Just let us know the details and we'll change your order accordingly. Please note if your order has already been shipped then see our returns FAQ.

When will I receive my order

Delivery time depends on a number of factors. UK orders are usually received within a week and overseas orders can take anything from a week to a month.

In either case please allow 28 days or if your order is urgent then please let us know (email).

When will you charge my credit card

We will only charge your credit card (or cash your cheque) once your order is ready to be shipped.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are shipped the following day. The longest you may have to wait is 4 weeks if we need to order in items not currently in stock. International orders (depending on country) are generally received in under 6 weeks, though we cannot guarantee this as outside factors (i.e. the postal service) affect this shipping time.

Our Guarantee

Our 30 day guarantee guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

We are happy to accept returned goods under this guarantee providing:

  1. The returned goods must be unused.
  2. The returned goods must be in the original condition.
  3. Any goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Any returned goods must be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for making the return.

The above conditions do not apply to cancellations made under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you have any questions regarding returns or you wish to make a return then please email us.

What about shipping costs

Please note we do not refund any postage costs where the items are as ordered.

The items were faulty

Simply send back and we'll provide a refund or an exchange. The choice is yours.

I've received the wrong items

I want to exchange for a different size or colour

We are happy to replace ordered items for a different size or colour, just return and we'll exchange. If the item isn't available then we'll refund the original purchase price.

Please note we might have to charge for the additional postage.

I've changed my mind

Simply take advantage of our guarantee and send the item back.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the item is returned in a poor condition, although in certain cases we will deduct a charge for cleaning from any refund issued.

Distance Selling Regulations 2000

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please send to us a notice of cancellation. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us at,

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Trouble with the catalogue pages.

If the following notes do not help with your problem you may report it to us by e-mail. We will do our best to help you.

Java and JavaScript

The catalogue pages require that your browser is able to use both Java and JavaScript. This is needed to provide the functionality and security of the 'shopping cart'.

Not all browsers support Java/JavaScript but most do (Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator versions 3 and above should be OK). You may have to install these features or turn them on.


The catalogue pages need to store cookies on your computer. These are harmless, and are used by the catalogue software to keep track of your order until it is sent. These cookies do not contain any data accessible by a third party.

You will need to have your browser set to enable the use of cookies. The 'Help' facility of your browser will tell you how to do this.

Safety and Security - ordering on-line

How safe is ordering from Red Haze on the internet? If you are at all worried about ordering from us on-line  the following topics may help ease your mind.


We use a software package from a company called Actinic to ensure (we use Actinic's own SSL service - check out the gold padlock when proceeding through checkout) your order details are safe.

None of the software used to order goods from the Red Haze site can  in any way damage (or spy on) the data held on your computer. You will need a browser that can run both Java and JavaScript and will allow cookies to be saved. See our "Trouble with the catalogue pages" if you have a problem with these.


We will not charge for goods ordered until they are ready to send to you. We do not use automated credit card charging via the web site. If we do not dispatch your goods you will not be charged (this allows us to check for the correct shipping and tax).

As stated above (see Software above) all payment details sent to us are encrypted before sending. Actinic state "We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet". This is certainly our experience and we believe we offer one of the safest ways to shop on the www.

Please note: we do not recommend sending unencrypted e-mails containing your credit card details, it is not worth the risk. We will never ask you to send your credit card details this way!


We do not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. You may receive promotional e-mail from us but if you want to be removed from our mailing list simply e-mail us at and title your e-mail "Remove from mailing list"

Order by post - For the really paranoid

We will gladly accept orders by post if you really do not trust the internet. Remember a credit card is still the safest way to buy goods, you will have added legal protection from the credit card company this way.
